Same day

A down operatory doesn't wait for a slot next week

While yours is in the shop

All makes / all brands

We service all types of dental equipment

Whether we installed it or not, and regardless of brand. Chairs, delivery systems, compressors, vacuums, sterilizers, and imaging equipment all go through the same shop.

Annual maintenance

The parts that wear out on a schedule, not from a breakdown

Catching these annually costs far less than the compressor or sterilizer failure they prevent.

Mechanical room PM

Compressors and vacuums, serviced annually

A yearly visit covers the wear parts that keep mechanical room equipment running at spec instead of limping toward a failure.

  • OilVacuum oil change and level check
Imaging

CBCT calibration

Annual calibration keeps CBCT output within manufacturer spec for image accuracy and dose, required by most manufacturers to hold your warranty and by many states as part of routine compliance.

Often overlooked

Office leak checks

Most practices don't find out they have a leak until the compressor or vacuum is already struggling. A yearly leak check catches both before they turn into a bigger repair.

Air lines

Leaks put extra wear on your compressor

A small leak at a fitting or handpiece connector doesn't just waste air, it forces the compressor to cycle more often to hold pressure across the office. That extra run time adds up fast and puts unnecessary wear on your compressor. Most offices have at least one leak they don't know about, quietly shortening the life of a $2,000+ machine.

Vacuum lines

Voids in the line mean lost suction at the chair

A void or crack anywhere along a vacuum line pulls air from that gap instead of the handpiece, so suction drops at the chair even though the vacuum unit itself is working fine. It's often mistaken for a failing vacuum when the real problem is a leak in the line between the operatory and the mechanical room, an easy fix once it's found.
