Dr. Donald R. Miloni
Founder and Executive Committee
Dr. Miloni is the founder of Dental Solutions. He has over 35 years of experience as a dentist, dental owner and successful entrepreneur. He also founded Beta Health Association, the largest independent pre-paid dental provider in Colorado. Additionally, he has owned and operated over 80 general dental practices, 8 orthodontic centers, a dental equipment distribution company and a dental equipment leasing company, dental laboratories and numerous “one day” denture centers.

Steve Siemers
Vice President of Construction and Lease Negotiation
Steve has specialized in medical and dental facilities for over 18 years. As a licensed commercial general contractor, his scope of business encompasses from a simple remodel to ground up construction development. His meticulous approach to detail ensures your vision comes to fruition. As a licensed commercial real estate broker for 18 years, this provides Steve a unique insight into a property’s strengths and weaknesses.

Meridith Hertach
Vice President of Customer Service
Customer Service has been an integral part of Meridith’s career. She has hired, trained and managed over 100 member service teams. Her world class protocols and teams consistently receive superior customer satisfaction ratings. Her background includes: Call Center Manager, Dental Implant Consultant, Dental Assistant, and sales representative for Sysco Foods.

Vice President of Office Design
Being in the Dental & Medical design industry for over 40 years, Mickey has learned to listen to his client’s needs. With over 1M sq. ft. of Dental, Medical and Hospital designs, Mickey brings a unique aspect to all of his projects. His in-house design team brings a comfortable and unique setting to any new office.
